Purdue says Brohm has presumed positive test

Purdue coach Jeff Brohm had a presumed positive test for COVID-19 on Sunday, the school announced.

Brohm, who is at home in isolation, is undergoing a PCR test to confirm the results of the antigen test.

The Boilermakers are scheduled to open their season Saturday at home against Iowa.

Brohm, 49, is entering his fourth season at Purdue with a record of 17-21. The former NFL and XFL quarterback is 47-31 overall as a college head coach.
