San Francisco 49ers quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo will start Sunday’s game against the Miami Dolphins, coach Kyle Shanahan said Friday.
Garoppolo has not played since suffering a right high ankle sprain in Week 2 against the Jets, when he left the game at halftime.
On Wednesday, he practiced for the first time since suffering the injury.
