Inside the bubble: Lakers’ Javale McGee and Sixers’ Matisse Thybulle take fans to the NBA’s restart

NBA

Inside the NBA’s bubble at Walt Disney World, besides preparing to restart the season during the coronavirus pandemic and the NBA playoffs, some players have a lot of time on their hands.

That includes Los Angeles Lakers center JaVale McGee and Philadelphia 76ers guard Matisse Thybulle.

Already, we’ve seen players fishing and chugging beers in the bubble. They’ve brought mountains of sneakers, video game systems and hot sauce to Orlando.

And McGee and Thybulle are becoming budding, amateur video producers.

McGee shows off his hotel and some of the Lakers’ first practices as they go for their 17th NBA title.

Matisse, who has used the NBA hiatus to become a legit viral star building legos and making friends with household items, is shooting and editing his series and gets cameos from teammates Tobias Harris and Ben Simmons and some awkward video calls with Matisse’s father.
