The Cincinnati Reds say a staff member based in Arizona has tested positive for COVID-19.
In a statement released Wednesday, the Reds said that anyone on their staff who came in close contact with the person is being tested and is in self-isolation.
According to the team, the staffer who tested positive was at the Reds’ spring training complex in Goodyear, Arizona, from Feb. 29 to March 14.
