Caio scores late winner as Benfica top Fiorentina

Caio came off the Benfica bench late in the second half to score a stoppage-time winner in Benfica’s 2-1 win against Fiorentina in the International Champions Cup on Wednesday night in New Jersey.

The two sides traded goals in the first half, with Haris Seferovic firing the Portuguese side in front on nine minutes and Dusan Vlahovic bringing the Fiorentina level just before the half-hour mark.

The game looked to be headed to penalties before Caio popped up late with the winning goal to secure the points for Benfica.
