Basketball Hall of Famer Dennis Rodman has been accused of slapping a man at a bar in Delray Beach, Florida, according to a police report obtained by multiple outlets.

No charges have been filed, but the man, Jeff Soulouque, told the South Florida Sun Sentinel that the incident was unprovoked.

“It was out of nowhere,” Soulouque told the newspaper. “He just hit me, and I was blindsided and he started charging me.”

According to the police report, Soulouque is looking to press charges over the May 17 altercation.

Rodman’s attorney, Lorne Berkeley, denied Soulouque’s claim.

“Once a thorough investigation is completed, the incident will not be substantiated,” Berkeley said, according to the Sun Sentinel.

Soulouque said Rodman apologized for hitting him and offered to take him to dinner the next day. Soulouque said he suffered a corneal abrasion and facial swelling from the hit.

Police are still investigating.
