Trout day-to-day after exiting with groin strain

Los Angeles Angels star outfielder Mike Trout was removed from Tuesday’s game against the Milwaukee Brewers with a right groin strain and is day-to-day, the team said.

Peter Bourjos replaced Trout in center field in the top of the fourth inning.

Trout finished the game 2-for-2 with a run scored. Through Tuesday, the two-time MVP is batting .406.
