Nigeria’s unbeaten junior bantamweight Aliu Bamidele Lasisi faces Ricardo Blandon, of Nicaragua, in the main event of a Top Rank on ESPN+ card at the Emirates Golf Club in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, on Friday. The fight card will air at 12:30 p.m. ET.
Lasisi (12-0, 8 KOs) has won seven of his past 10 fights by stoppage. In his last outing, Lasisi went the distance in a 10-round unanimous decision victory against Mchanja Yohana at the Bukom Boxing Arena in Accra, Ghana.
Blandon (10-1, 6 KOs) has never fought outside of his home country and has won three consecutive fights since losing a split decision to Martin Diaz in 2017.
