Liverpool’s Daniel Sturridge charged by FA over betting offences

Fernando Torres insists he felt like he had completed everything he needed to in Europe before he moved to Japan’s Sagan Tosu from Atletico Madrid.

Daniel Sturridge has been charged with misconduct in relation to alleged breaches of the English Football Association’s rules on betting.

The Liverpool striker has until 6 p.m. on Nov. 20 to respond to the charges.
