A rematch of arguably the best fight in UFC history is set.
The promotion has officially booked Jon Jones vs. Alexander Gustafsson for UFC 232 on Dec. 29 in Las Vegas, multiple sources close to the organization told ESPN.
The fight is slated to be for the UFC light heavyweight title. Current light heavyweight champion Daniel Cormier, who is also the heavyweight champion, is expected to be stripped of the title once the fight happens, sources say.
Also scheduled for the event, which will take place at T-Mobile Arena is Cris Cyborg against Amanda Nunes for the women’s featherweight title.
