All you need to know about the 2018 NBA Africa Game.
What Is It, and When Is It Played?
Team Africa play Team World in the third NBA Africa Game at Sun Arena at Time Square in Pretoria on Saturday, Aug. 4. The game, which tips off at 5pm (CAT), is being played in support of the Nelson Mandela Foundation. Team Africa will be composed of players born in Africa, or with direct family ties to the continent, while Team World will feature players drawn from the rest of the world.

Team Africa will be coached by Miami Heat assistant coach Juwan Howard.
Team World
Team World will be coached by Spurs assistant coach Ettore Messina.

History
2015: Team World defeated Team Africa 101-97 in the first NBA Africa Game, staged at Ellis Park Arena, in Johannesburg, South Africa.
2017: Team World maintained their undefeated run, beating Team Africa 108-97 in the second NBA Africa Game at the Ticketpro Dome in Johannesburg, South Africa.
