Sources: Georgia WR Pickens out again vs. UF

Georgia wide receiver George Pickens is not with the fifth-ranked Bulldogs for Saturday’s game against No. 8 Florida in Jacksonville, a source told ESPN’s Mark Schlabach.

Pickens was held out of last week’s win over Kentucky because of an upper-body injury.

“He practiced the other day, and we didn’t get to do much yesterday and he did what he did the week before,” Georgia coach Kirby Smart said earlier this week. “It’s just going to be a pain tolerance deal, and we’re hopeful he’s able to play. We need him to be at his best for us to be where we need to be offensively.”

Pickens, a sophomore, has 13 receptions for 140 yards and two touchdowns this season.
