DeGrom (neck) slated to start Wed. vs. Marlins

MLB

New York Mets ace Jacob deGrom reported no problems after throwing a side session Monday and is expected to start Wednesday against the Miami Marlins, manager Luis Rojas said.

The two-time reigning NL Cy Young Award winner was scratched from his scheduled start against the Phillies in Philadelphia on Friday because of neck tightness.

He is 2-0 with a 2.45 ERA this season.
