UFC 247: How to watch Jon Jones vs. Dominick Reyes, plus full analysis

MMA

Jon Jones makes the third defense of his latest reign as light heavyweight champion when he faces unbeaten Dominick Reyes in the main event of UFC 247 on Feb. 8 at the Toyota Center in Houston. The main card begins at 10 p.m. ET on pay-per-view, which fans can purchase here. The prelims are on ESPN at 8 p.m., with the early prelims on ESPN+ at 6:30.

Jones (25-1, 1 NC) has never had a legitimate loss inside the Octagon. The defeat on his record came in a 2009 bout against Matt Hamill that he was dominating; he was disqualified for landing elbows from a prohibited 12-to-6 trajectory. The no contest on Jones’ record came in a 2017 fight against Daniel Cormier; it was a Jones knockout that was overturned after he failed a drug test.

Reyes (12-0) earned his title shot with a first-round KO win over former middleweight champion Chris Weidman in October.

The UFC 247 co-main event is also a title fight, with women’s flyweight champ Valentina Shevchenko defending her belt against Katlyn Chookagian.
