Fly-half Ross Byrne will make his first Ireland start against England on Saturday, with captain Rory Best and scrum-half Conor Murray returning to the side for their second World Cup warm-up game.
Byrne will win his third international cap but starts for the first time after appearing from the bench against Italy and the USA in 2018.
The Leinster fly-half, 24, starts alongside Murray, who returns to the side after missing Ireland’s 29-10 win over Italy earlier this month. There is no place in the squad for World Player of the Year Johnny Sexton.
Ireland have named a strong side for the Twickenham Test, with experienced Cian Healy and Tadhg Furlong joining captain Best in the front row. Jean Kleyn wins his second cap following his debut against Italy two weeks ago alongside Iain Henderson in the second row, while Peter O’Mahony, Josh van der Flier and CJ Stander complete the forward pack.
Bundee Aki and Garry Ringrose start in the centres with wingers Jordan Larmour and Jacob Stockdale starting either side of fullback Rob Kearney.
England will announce their team at 1 p.m. BST.
