The UFC is down a co-headliner for this weekend’s card.

Neil Magny is out of a scheduled co-main event fight against Vicente Luque at UFC Rochester on Saturday night, UFC officials confirmed. MMA Junkie was the first to report the news.

The reason for Magny’s withdrawal was not disclosed. The UFC is seeking a new opponent on short notice to fight Luque. UFC Rochester airs on ESPN+.

Magny (21-7) last fought in November, a knockout loss to Santiago Ponzinibbio at UFC Buenos Aires. The Colorado resident was on a two-fight winning streak in the welterweight division prior to that bout. Magny, 31, is a perennial ranked contender in the weight class.

Luque (15-6-1) has won four straight and is attempting to earn a signature win that would get him closer to a title shot. The Brazilian fighter has finished all of his UFC wins. Luque, 27, has won eight of nine since dropping his UFC debut in 2015.

UFC Rochester is headlined by a welterweight fight between former lightweight champion Rafael dos Anjos and Kevin Lee.
