Scotland trio Tommy Seymour, Blair Kinghorn and Stuart Hogg have been ruled out of Saturday’s final Six Nations match against England at Twickenham.

The Scotland Rugby Union confirmed in a statement that Seymour and Kinghorn picked up rib and ankle injuries respectively in the 18-11 defeat against Wales at Murrayfield on Saturday.

Hogg has failed to recover from a shoulder injury sustained during Scotland’s 22-13 loss to Ireland on Feb. 9.

Scotland head coach Gregor Townsend has included Glasgow Warriors duo Ruaridh Jackson and uncapped Kyle Steyn to the squad due to the injuries.

Glasgow Warriors pair Adam Ashe and Tim Swinson have been released back to their clubs while James Johnstone and Luke Crosbie returned to Edinburgh.

Scotland have not beaten England at Twickenham since 1983 but defeated Eddie Jones’ team 25-13 at Murrayfield last year.
