Marouane Fellaini loses mascot ahead of Champions League match against Young Boys

Despite qualifying for the knockout round, the FC panel don’t see anything from Man United to suggest that they can beat a quality opponent over two legs in Europe.

Marouane Fellaini scored Manchester United’s late winner against Young Boys on Tuesday, but his match didn’t start so swimmingly.

The newly coiffed midfielder is an expert at both offensive and defensive set-pieces, never one to lose his man. But a mascot in the tunnel prematch appears to be a tougher challenge.

Given that Fellaini turned in a solid performance — rating 7/10 — and nabbed the game-winning goal, perhaps the big Belgian should consider always entering the pitch sans mascot?
