Cleveland Cavaliers point guard George Hill will miss two weeks with a right shoulder sprain, league sources told ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.
Hill was a late scratch before Wednesday’s 95-86 loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder because of a sore right shoulder.
First-round pick Collin Sexton filled in for Hill and scored a team-high 15 points in a career-high 42 minutes in the loss to the Thunder. He will continue to start in Hill’s place.
Hill is averaging 12.6 points, 3.0 assists and 1.9 rebounds.
Cleveland is 1-10 to start the season.
