MRI comes back clean on wrist of Magic’s Bamba

NBA

Orlando Magic rookie center Mo Bamba said he sustained a bruised wrist against the Miami Heat on Monday but that an MRI showed no damage.

He won’t play in Wednesday’s game against the Memphis Grizzlies.

“We’re just trying to be as precautionary as possible,” Bamba told OrlandoMagic.com.

Bamba was the sixth overall pick out of Texas by the Magic in June’s draft.
